Agents
Bundle instructions, skills, MCP profiles, and a harness profile into specialists that plan and execute on the Stage.
A Studio agent is a specialist you can select in chat. Each agent bundles:
- Instructions — how it should approach the work
- Skills — playbooks that deepen artefact and Stage behaviour
- MCP profiles — which connections (tools and visual apps) it may use
- Harness profile — which agent harness settings govern the run
Design for plan and execute
Agents are meant to plan and execute workflows on the shared canvas — retrieve, draft on the Stage, and revise when you steer — not only answer in text. Prefer agents with a clear decision job (“portfolio board for Q3 sequencing”) over vague generalists.
Create an agent
- Open Agents.
- Create agent, then set instructions, skills, MCP servers, and harness profile.
- Use the agent in a session so those defaults apply.
Selecting an agent applies its bundle for that conversation. You stay in the loop: watch the Stage, steer mid-run, and keep the artefact when the picture is ready.
