Agents

Bundle instructions, skills, MCP profiles, and a harness profile into specialists that plan and execute on the Stage.

A Studio agent is a specialist you can select in chat. Each agent bundles:

  • Instructions — how it should approach the work
  • Skills — playbooks that deepen artefact and Stage behaviour
  • MCP profiles — which connections (tools and visual apps) it may use
  • Harness profile — which agent harness settings govern the run

Design for plan and execute

Agents are meant to plan and execute workflows on the shared canvas — retrieve, draft on the Stage, and revise when you steer — not only answer in text. Prefer agents with a clear decision job (“portfolio board for Q3 sequencing”) over vague generalists.

Create an agent

  1. Open Agents.
  2. Create agent, then set instructions, skills, MCP servers, and harness profile.
  3. Use the agent in a session so those defaults apply.

Selecting an agent applies its bundle for that conversation. You stay in the loop: watch the Stage, steer mid-run, and keep the artefact when the picture is ready.
