Introduction

AI Transform Studio is where enterprise architecture and transformation teams work with an AI agent on their real estate. You connect the systems you already run, ask a decision question, and the agent reads your sources, runs the analysis, and draws the answer as a visual you can steer, present, and reopen.

What you can do

• Chat with an agent. Ask a question. The agent plans, reads your sources, and draws the answer on the Stage. You can steer it at any point. See Co-create with agents.
• Connect your systems. Bring in SAP LeanIX, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Ardoq, and others as MCP connections. See Connect your sources.
• Build artifacts. The agent draws boards, roadmaps, capability landscapes, cascades, and charts and tables. Each one is saved, versioned, and ready to present.
• Make a decision. A Decision brief sets out the options and a recommendation. Studio checks its evidence against your sources, and the people who decide sign it off.
• Run repeatable jobs. Workbenches turn a recurring job into staged steps, with a gate before each next step.
• Judge an estate. Assessments (Beta) score every record in a slice of your estate against your own standard. Each record is settled, refused, or escalated, and you can see why.
• Stay in control. You bring your own models. Every write to a source system waits for approval unless an admin allows it, and admins set the policy for the whole organization in the agent harness.
