Organization & sign-in
Sign in, create or join an organization, and understand the roles in it.
This guide and the Studio website are public. Your organization's work (chats, connections, artifacts, and settings) stays behind sign-in.
Sign in
Sign in with your email and a password, or with Continue with Google. A new email account confirms with a short code we send you. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? and we email you a reset code.
We review every new account while we onboard our first teams. Until yours is approved, Studio shows You're on the list, and it opens on its own once you're approved.
After 10 failed sign-in attempts in an hour, the account is locked for the rest of that hour.
Your organization
An organization is your team's private space: its members, models, connections, skills, chats, and artifacts live there, and no other organization can see them.
- Create one. If you don't belong to an organization yet, Studio asks you to Name your organization. Each person can own one organization.
- Join one. An admin invites you by email. Open the invite link and choose to join, signed in with the address the invite went to. Invites expire after seven days. Pending invites also appear under Organization settings → Overview, where you can accept or decline them.
- Switch. If you belong to more than one organization, use Switch to organization in the account menu.

Owners can't be removed from their organization.
First-run AI
Once you have an organization, an admin should connect your AI under Settings → Models. Until a model is available, chat and agents are limited.
Suspended organizations
If an organization's trial ends without a subscription, it is suspended. Admins see Subscribe; members are asked to contact an admin. See Billing, trial and limits.
